Amy DeKleine is a Real Estate Broker/Owner/President, and has been selling real estate and working in the building industry for 20+years. She resided in Michigan until 2009 when her and her family moved to What Cheer, IA. Amy opened Welcome Realty in Sigourney in 2021. Amy received her BPO certification and is a member of the NABPOP (National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals.) Amy and her husband, Jacob have three married sons, three wonderful daughter in laws and 6 grandchildren. Amy and Jacob enjoy bow hunting, pheasant hunting, gardening, camping, boating and spending time with family. They attend Gateway Nazarene Church in Oskaloosa and are active with the children's programs. Grandchildren are the best thing about getting older!!
Stacy Flynn is a salesperson with over 20+ years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry. Licensed for insurance during her senior year of high school. Stacy started her career in 1999 as an Account Manager with American Family Insurance. Stacy has made a career out of selling insurance with several different companies. In 2020 the company she was working for sold and this allowed Stacy the opportunity to launch The Legacy Insurance Group. Stacy continues to own and operate The Legacy Insurance Group located in Sigourney Iowa. She wanted to expand her opportunity to help people so she obtained her real estate license in 2021 and joined WELCOME REALTY. Stacy is active in her community and church serving in a variety of roles. She resides in Southeast Iowa with her three active children where they enjoy spending time on the farm, camping, hunting, and fishing.
Justin DeKleine obtained his Iowa Salesperson License in 2023. Justin joined Welcome Realty LLC as a real estate agent that same year. Justin graduated from Indian Hills with a business degree, making the President’s List one year and the Dean’s the following. Justin has been in the home remodeling/construction side of the industry for nearly 10 years. Lately, Justin has been serving as a Police Officer and now Patrol Sergeant, for 6 years in total, giving him a significant amount of experience in serving, negotiating, and problem solving. Justin has been married to his beautiful wife for 7 years and they have two adorable girls. Justin is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys hunting, and competing in the Iowa Tactical Games.
